The organisers strongly advise participants to take out insurance to cover the loss incurred in case of cancellation (registration fees, travel, accommodation, and other costs), medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects.

Visa Requirements

Please check the New Zealand immigration website to establish if you require a visitor visa to visit. The organisers are available to assist but cannot be held responsible for an individual’s decisions.

Language

The official language of the TG2024 is English.

No simultaneous interpretation facilities will be provided during the conference.
